How to be Omnipresent on Social Media and not be overwhelmed.

How to be Omnipresent on Social Media and not be overwhelmed.

Can Someone be Omnipresent, Online everywhere at the same time?

If you want to sell on social media you need to be. Be like water. Be everywhere.

It’s not easy to be everywhere, but if you truly want to make a mark, be rememberable and unforgettable you need to be everywhere that matters.

First, know who your clients are and then be on every platform they are.

Have you heard of the ODAS method? One method I use to get the best out of Social media being everywhere and yet not be overwhelmed is the ODAS method.

ODAS stands for Outsource, Delegate, Automate and Schedule.

Outsource: to obtain (goods or a service) from an outside supplier. Simply put, letting someone else do of your marketing work for you. Learn to outsource things you hate doing. Like client follow up, reminder messages, welcome messages etc. You can also Outsource your weaknesses if you are not great with graphics by all means Outsource to someone better.

Delegate: to send or authorize (someone) to do something as a representative. What is the fun in doing something another can do when you could rather be doing what others can’t? Just like outsourcing, delegate what you are not good at or what another person can do. Let someone else who is better than you deliver the value you want while you focus on other major tasks.

Automate: to make a process operate by machines or computers, in order to reduce the amount of work done by humans and the time taken to do the work. Automate tasks that you can. I use an app, IFTTT alot…it automates a lot of my processes…I can post on one platform and then IFTTT handles the rest.

Finally,

Schedule: arrange or plan (an event) to take place at a particular time. You are going to be busy on a particular day or time and yet want your post to go out as if you are there live? Just Schedule it.

Social Media is full of scheduling apps link Buffer and Hootsuite, Planoly for Instagram etc. Even Facebook page has a ‘Post schedule’ feature.

So are you ready to be Omnipresent online?
