Ibukun Awosika is the Chairman, Board of Directors, First Bank of Nigeria Limited, Nigeria’s premier and most valuable banking brand. She is also the founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Chair Centre Group.
Ibukun Awosika chairs a number of corporate and not-for-profit boards. With her high interest in social issues, including women, Mrs Awosika is a co-founder and past chairperson of Women in Business, Management and Public Service (WIMBIZ). An ordained Pastor and founder of the Christian Missionary Fund, Ms Awosika, through this faith-based organization works with hundreds of missionaries spread across Nigeria to change lives with the provision of medical, educational, and other supplies.

Prof Ndubuisi Ekekwe
Dr. Ekekwe is the founder and the President of the African Institution of Technology. A company that facilitates the provision of practical and educational support that encourages enactment of technology policies and facilitating the bottom-up creativity technology emanating from the African economies.
Dr Ekekwe holds two doctoral and four master’s degrees including a PhD in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the Johns Hopkins University, USA.
A US semiconductor industry veteran, his working experiences include Diamond Bank, Analog Devices Corp and NNPC. In Analog Devices, he worked in the team that designed a Generation Accelerometer for the iPhone and he created the company’s first wafer level chip scale package for inertial sensor.
An inventor with a patent in medical robotics, an author notably known for being the recipient of IGI Global 2010 “Book of the Year” Award for “Nanotechnology and Microelectronics: Global Diffusion, Economics and Policy”.
Dr Ekekwe has also held professorships in Electrical & Computer Engineering at Babcock University, and Carnegie Mellon University. He is also a TED Fellow, “IBM Global Entrepreneur” and World Economic Forum “Young Global Leader”.
Dr Biodun Adedipe
Dr. Adedipe is the Founder and Chief Consultant of B. Adedipe Associates Limited, a firm of Management and Financial Consultants.
He holds a BSc in Economics (First Class), and a PhD in Economics (Specializing in Corporate Finance). He has over 38 years of post-graduate work experience, covering University Teaching and Research, Private consulting, World Bank Research Economist, Investment/Merchant Banking and Financial/Management Consulting.
Notably, he has served on a couple of Presidential Advisory Committees. He has served and still serves in various capacities at numerous professional bodies and associations; few among these are the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and Nigerian Economic Summit Group.
Dr Anil Gupta
Anil K. Gupta is widely recognized as one of the world’s leading experts on strategy, globalization and emerging markets.
Gupta is ranked as number 28 on the Thinkers50 list of the world’s “most influential management thinkers,” he has been named by The Economist as one of the world’s “superstars” for research on emerging markets in a cover story on “Innovation in Emerging Economies.”
Dr. Anil is one of only 3 professors in the world to have been elected by his peers as a Lifetime Fellow of the three most prestigious bodies in the field—Academy of Management, Strategic Management Society, and Academy of International Business, with a combined membership of over 25,000 scholars worldwide. He is also the recipient of the 2017 Outstanding Educator Award from the Academy of Management for worldwide contribution to research, practice, and teaching on the topic of globalization.
Anil is the author, co-author of several highly acclaimed books as well as over 70 papers in leading academic journals.
Gupta serves as consultant, adviser, keynote speaker, board member, and chair with some of the largest corporations in the world including IBM, Astra Zeneca, National Semiconductor, Marriott, First Data, Jacobs Engineering, Monsanto, ABB, Lockheed Martin, McGraw-Hill, Indian Oil, Huawei Technologies, etc.

Segun Adeniyi is a prolific Writer, Journalist and former Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to the late President Umaru Musa Yar’Adua. A Fellow at the Weatherhead Centre for International Affairs, Harvard University and a Senior Fellow of the Nigeria Leadership Initiative (NLI) and a founding member of the National Stakeholder Working Group of the Nigeria Extractive Industry Transparency Initiative (NEITI).
Segun Adeniyi is a renowned bestselling author. His latest book, ‘Against the Run of Play’ has so far received tremendous reviews in the media since its release.
Ndidi Nwuneli is the Managing Partner of Sahel Consulting, which works across West Africa, unlocking the Agriculture and Nutrition potential in the region. She is also the co-founder of AACE Foods, which was established in 2009 to fight malnutrition, reduce post-harvest losses among smallholder farmers and displace imports. She is the founder of LEAP Africa, which inspires, empowers and equips a new cadre of principled, disciplined and dynamic young leaders in Africa.
Ndidi started her career as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, working in their Chicago, New York and Johannesburg Offices. She holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree with honors from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She was a Senior Fellow at the Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business & Government at the Harvard Kennedy School and an Aspen Institute New Voices Fellow.
Ndidi was recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum and received a National Honor from the Nigerian Government. Ndidi serves on the boards of Nestle Nigeria Plc., Nigerian Breweries Plc. (Heineken), Godrej Consumer Products Ltd. India, Fairfax Africa Holdings Canada, Royal DSM Sustainability Board, Netherlands, the World Vegetable Center, Taiwan, the Center for Memories and the African Philanthropy Forum.
Ndidi is the author of “Social Innovation in Africa: A Practical Guide for Scaling Impact,” published by Routledge. She is a TED Global speaker and her work has been featured on CNN, BBC and a range of international and local media outlets.
